About Us Illinois Valley Citizens for Life Mission Statement

Illinois Valley Citizens for Life (IVCL) is an interdenominational organization in the Illinois Valley Area dedicated to promoting the principle stated in the Declaration of Independence, that the right to life of every human being comes from God and that the proper purpose of government is to protect that right.

Our focus as an organization is that of education. Illinois Valley Citizens for Life provides speakers, distributes educational materials, and sponsors events to deliver the pro-life message that every life is precious and must be protected from the moment of conception to natural death.
